Warranty Policy

What is Electricsuppliesonline warranty?

• At Electricsuppliesonline.com we have a 30 days money back warranty for any products sold.
• This warranty is 100% money back warranty through Electrisuppliesonline.com with no question asked.
• Most of our products do carry manufacturer warranty. For product that has manufacturer warranty, all claims have to be reported directly to the manufacturer after our 30 days warranty has expired from the day the order has been placed.
• The Electricsuppliesonline.com warranty and the manufacturer warranty are good for defective products only. These warranties do NOT cover any Misorder, Misinstalled, and Abused items.
• Claims for broken, damaged, shipped wrong and shortages will only be accepted for a period of 3 business days after receiving the merchandise.
• All claims for DEFECTIVE materials have to be made within 21 days of purchase.
• DEFECTIVE products will be replaced / exchanged with identical / same-item products.
• DEFECTIVE products will NOT be replaced for any Misorder, Misinstalled, and Abused items.

• There will be $25.00 fee to inspect all return products, if our technicians determine that the return products were

  • Misorder (customer orders the wrong part and call the item Defective, misinformed*)

  • Misinstalled (customer misinstalled, hot wired, improper Installation, misused)

  • Abused (customer overloads, does not follow factory installation procedures)

NOTE: Non-defective Uninstalled merchandise may be returned within 30 days after the purchase date. The buyer must pay a 25% re-stocking fee and all return shipping expenses.

* At Electricsuppliesonline.com we have a group of qualified advisors and technicians with over 35 years of experience in Electrical & Lighting field that are ready to answer all of your Electrical & Lighting needs and questions.  Most Electrical & Lighting parts do require professional installation or assistance. It is recommended that a qualified Electrical or Lighting Technician should be consulted to make sure that all material purchased is what is needed for the project at hand.
