These are what you need to know in order to help you understand how the shipping process works and how it is done.
- Most packages should arrive on your doorstep within 5-7 business days after shipment.
- We ship in-stock items within 24-48 hours aon approved order. This time is needed to assure proper shipping and control any fake or fraudulent orders.
- We offer Next Day, Second Day, and Three Day express shipping options based on the availability of the item ordered.
- If the item ordered is not available, our customer service representative will contact you via e-mail within 1 business day.
- Please provide us with your phone number so we could reach you immediately
- For express shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST.
- Next Day Air with Saturday delivery is available upon special request. Please email us at express@electricsuppliesonline.com for more info.
- For any order that is more than 20 pounds, multiple packages, has a non standard packaging or oversized, there will be an extra charge based on shipping zip code.
- In the event you require the package to be redirected to a different address there will be an extra charge per package that needs to be redirected (If Possible). These charges will vary based on the shipping address and shipping weight. These extra charges are additional charges from the shipping company. Electricsuppliesonline does not set the price for the rerouting package(s). Based on the previous cases, the most we have seen is up to $500.00 for 1 pallet of shipment going to a remote residential location. Please contact Customer Service for this service.
- Rush delivery is not available to International addresses. These orders should arrive in 2-3 weeks.
- Orders cannot be expedited to A.P.O or F.P.O. These items/orders will be shipped via USPS.
- For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses, products will be shipped via Parcel Post.
- Claims for broken, damaged, shipped wrong and shortages will only be accepted for a period of 3 business days after receiving the merchandise.

Yes, ElectricSuppliesOnline.com could ship orders to International addresses. Shipping rates will be determined once the
order has been placed. Shipping rates will be informed to customer via email. However, any taxes, tariffs, government
fees, and export import fees that may occur are customer responsibility. Electricsuppliesonline.com does not have
anything to do with all those extra charges that may occur in International shipping.
Does ElectricSuppliesOnline.com charge tax for California residents?
All orders shipped to California residents will be charged an additional
10.25 % tax.
Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
No. Once an order is submitted it cannot be cancelled. Please contact Customer Service for assistance with canceling an order.
A processing fee of 25 percent will apply to the order for a refund.
