- We offer Next Day and Second Day express shipping options based on the availability of the item ordered.
- If the item ordered is not available, our customer service representative will contact you via e-mail within 1 business day.
- Please provide us with your phone number so we could reach you immediately
- For express shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST.

- For any order that is more than 25 pounds, multiple packages, has a non standard packaging or oversized, there will be an extra charge based on shipping zip code.
- Claims for broken, damaged, shipped wrong and shortages will only be accepted for a period of 3 business days after receiving the merchandise.
Can I cancel my order after it has been
submitted?
No. Once an order is submitted it cannot be cancelled. Please
contact Customer Service for assistance with canceling an
order.
A processing fee of 25 percent will apply to the order for a
refund.
