Requests made between Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM will be answered immediately. All requests made outside the business hour time frame will be answered the following business day.

Please allow us 24-48 hours after your order has been placed to process the order.

We ship in-stock items within 24-48 hours after receipt of your order. This time is needed to assure proper shipping and avoid any fake or fraudulent orders that we might receive.

Most purchases are shipped from our Distribution Centers through out United States, to arrive within five business days after we process the order.

Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take 1-2 business days longer.
