Express Shipping Cancellation Policy

Due to the fact that express orders are time sensitive, once Electricsuppliesonline receives express orders, they are processed immediately. There is no time for cancellation. Therefore, the order cannot be cancelled.

These are what you need to know in order to help you understand how the shipping process works and how it is done.

• We ship in-stock items within 24-48 hours on approved orders. This time is needed to assure proper shipping and control any fake or fraudulent orders.
• For expedited shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST.
• To expedite the process of your order, download the International Shipping form and email it back to us int-ship@electricsuppliesonline.com.
• If the item ordered is not available, our customer service representative will contact you via e-mail within 1 business day.
• Please provide us with your phone number so we could reach you immediately.
• Next Day Air with Saturday delivery is available upon special request.

• For any order that is more than 25 pounds, multiple packages, has a non standard packaging or oversized, there will be an extra charge based on shipping zip code.

To cancel an express order, please read the following:

• Customer will be charged for the full shipping amount.
• Customer is responsible for the return of goods in sellable condition.
