Order must be placed before 12:00 PM EST / 9:00 AM PST The charges for the express shipping will appear on the total shipping price. - We offer Next Day, Second Day, and Three Day express shipping options based on the availability of the item ordered.
- All orders have a 24 hour processing time from the time you place your order.
- For expedited shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST / 9:00 AM PST. Orders placed after the deadline will be processed and shipped the following day based on our 24 hour processing policy.
- If the item ordered is not available, our customer service representative will contact you via e-mail within 1 business day.
- Please provide us with your phone number so we could reach you immediately
- Next Day Air with Saturday delivery is NOT available.
- For any order that is more than 25 pounds, multiple packages, has a non standard packaging or oversized, there will be an extra charge based on shipping zip code.
- Rush delivery is not available to International addresses. These orders should arrive in 2-3 weeks.
- Orders cannot be expedited to A.P.O or F.P.O. These items/orders will be shipped via USPS.
- Claims for broken, damaged, shipped wrong and shortages will only be accepted for a period of 3 business days after receiving the merchandise.
