Our lamps and ballasts have been tested by the manufacturer and they all have guaranteed certain life span (e.g. 5000 hours). By accepting return from customer, Electricsuppliesonline.com cannot guarantee lamps and ballast maximum life span anymore. Therefore, Electricsuppliesonline.com does NOT accept returns for lamps and ballasts.
