How much is standard Shipping?
Most purchases are shipped from our Distribution Centers, to arrive within five
business days of receipt of the order. Note: Items sent directly from our
suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same
box. Orders being shipped to AK or HI will be charged an additional $10 for
standard shipping and processing.

of your order. This time is needed to assure proper
shipping and control any fake or fraudulent orders.
- For expedited shipping,
orders must be placed before 2:00 PM PST followed by an
email or a telephone call approving the extra charges

2nd day or UPS
3rd day.

Next Day Air with Saturday delivery is
available upon request.
- For any
order that is more than 25 pounds,
multiple packages, has a
non standard packaging or
oversized, there will be an extra charge based on
shipping zip code.

Rush delivery is not available to International
addresses. These orders should arrive in 2-3 weeks.

Orders cannot be expedited to A.P.O or F.P.O. These items/orders will be shipped via USPS.

orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses, products
will be shipped via
Parcel Post.

All orders shipped to California residents will be charged an
additional 8.25 % tax.
Can I cancel my order after it has been
submitted?
No. Once an order is submitted it cannot be cancelled. Please
contact Customer Service for assistance with canceling an

A processing fee of 25 percent will apply to the order for a
refund.
