Return Policy


  • To return a product to ElectricSuppliesOnline.com you will need to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number through ourReturns Department (E-mail preferred).

  • Light Bulbs, Wires, Discontinued Items and Special Orders parts are NOT returnable.

  • NOTE: Non-defective Uninstalled merchandise may be returned within 30 days after the purchase date. The buyer must pay a 25% re-stocking fee and all return shipping expenses.

  • To obtain this RGA please click here. Please fill out all the necessary fields and email it to rga@electricsuppliesonline.com or fax it to (310)264-7172

  • You have 21 business days from the date the RGA number is issued to return the materials to Electricsuppliesonline.com.

  • Once the item(s) has been shipped back, Electricsuppliesonline.com Return Department should be notifed with the tracking number (E-mail preferred).

  • Once the item(s) has been received by our Return Department, it will be inspected and credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days.

  • NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RGA number.

  • Items returned with no RGA # will be refused and if accepted by mistake will be stored for a period of 21 business days and will be disposed of thereafter.

  • Electricsuppliesonline and its management will assume no responsibility after the 21 business days for unclaimed items returned withoutRGA #

  • You can fax or e-mail us the RGA form. We will respond your request within 1-2 business days.

  • All material returned to us with No RGA (Return Good Authorization) number will be refused and be sent back to the sender at the sender's expense.

  • Return the product in its original packaging and condition to the address we provide to you.

  • Claims for Broken, Damaged, Shipped Wrong and Shortages on items will only be accepted for a period of 3 business days after receiving the merchandise.

  • Electricsuppliesonline.com does NOT accept exchanges. You need to return an item and purchase a new one.

  • Please note that the picture/image shown for an item may not be accurate. Use the part number or the description to make your decision.

  • All claims for DEFECTIVE materials have to be made within 21 days of purchase.

  • DEFECTIVE products will be replaced / exchanged with identical / same-item products.

  • DEFECTIVE products will NOT be replaced for any Misorder, Misinstalled, and Abused items.

  • There will be $25.00 fee to inspect all return products, if our technicians determine that the return products were

    • Misordered (customer orders the wrong part and call the item Defective, misinformed*)

    • Misinstalled (customer misinstalled, hot wired, improper Installation, misused)

    • Abused (customer overloads, does not follow factory installation procedures)

* At Electricsuppliesonline.com we have a group of qualified advisors and technicians with over 35 years of experience in Electrical & Lighting field that are ready to answer all of your Electrical & Lighting needs and questions.  Most Electrical & Lighting parts do require professional installation or assistance. It is recommended that a qualified Electrical or Lighting Technician should be consulted to make sure that all material purchased is what is needed for the project at hand. We at Electricsuppliesonline.com accept no responsibility for any claims such as being misinformed , not as expected or, not performed as promised.
