What is the return policy?

To return a product to
ElectricSuppliesOnline.com you will need to request a Return Goods Authorization
(RGA) number through our Returns Department (E-mail preferred).

To obtain this RGA

here and fill out all the necessary fields.

NO returns of any type
will be accepted without an RGA number.

You can fax or
e-mail us the RGA form. We will respond your request within 1-2 business days.
All
material returned to us with no RGA (Return
Good Authorization) number
will be refused and be sent back to the sender at the sender's expense.
Return the
product in its original packaging and condition to the address we provide to
you.
Claims
for broken, damaged, shipped wrong and shortages will only be accepted for a period of
3 business days after receiving the
merchandise.
Electricsuppliesonline.com does NOT
accept exchanges. You need to return an item and purchase a new one.
Please
note that the picture/image shown for an
item may not be accurate. Use the part number or the description to make
your decision.
All claims for DEFECTIVE materials has to be made within
21
days of purchase.
DEFECTIVE
products will be replaced / exchanged with identical /
same-item
products.
DEFECTIVE
products will NOT be replaced for any
Misorder, Misinstalled, and
Abused items.
There will be $25.00 fee to inspect
all return products, if our technicians determine that the return products were

(customer orders the wrong part and call the item Defective,
misinformed*)

Misinstalled (customer misinstalled, hot wired,
improper Installation, misused)

Abused (customer overloads, does not follow
factory installation procedures)
Light Bulbs, Wire, Discontinued Items and
Special Orders parts are
NOT returnable.
NOTE: Non-defective Uninstalled
merchandise may be returned within 30 days after the purchase date. The
buyer must pay a 25% re-stocking fee and
all return shipping expenses.
