

Order Cancellation
Policy
All orders are
automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment
as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur
irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need
to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain
point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If an order is
cancelled BEFORE it has been shipped, the customer will be charged a
25% cancellation fee before a credit can be
issued.

If items are
on back order, the customer will be sent a notification via email. Once this
email is received, customers have an option to cancel their order within 1-2
business days, avoiding any cancellation fee. After this time period the
25% cancellation fee will be assessed before a
credit is issued.

Customers can
email us at
order_cancel@electricsuppliesonline.com , if they wish to cancel an
order within our grace period of 1-2 business days.

If a customer
cancels an order after it has been shipped, please follow our
Return
Policy & Procedure(S). The cancellation will then be treated as a return
and customers will be charged all applicable fees.

Orders that
are "Refused at Delivery" will still be charged for delivery, as well as a
restocking and cancellation fee.
