Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  • If an order is cancelled BEFORE it has been shipped, the customer will be charged a 25% cancellation fee before a credit can be issued.
  • If items are on back order, the customer will be sent a notification via email. Once this email is received, customers have an option to cancel their order within 1-2 business days, avoiding any cancellation fee. After this time period the 25% cancellation fee will be assessed before a credit is issued.
  • Customers can email us at tracking@electricsuppliesonline.com to cancel an order within our grace period of 1-2 business days.
  • If a customer cancels an order after it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy & Procedure(S). The cancellation will then be treated as a return and customers will be charged all applicable fees.
  • Orders that are "Refused at Delivery" will still be charged for delivery, as well as a restocking and cancellation fee.

What is the return policy?

  • To return a product to ElectricSuppliesOnline.com you will need to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number through our Returns Department (E-mail preferred).
  • NOTE:Non-defective Uninstalled merchandise may be returned within 30 days after the purchase date. The buyer must pay a 25% re-stocking fee and all return shipping expenses.
  • To obtain this RGA please click here. Fill out all the necessary fields and email it to rga@electricsuppliesonline.com or fax it to (310)264-7172.
  • You have 21 business days from the date the RGA number is issued to return the materials to Electricsuppliesonline.com.
  • Once the item(s) has been shipped back, Electricsuppliesonline.com Return Department should be notifed with the tracking number (E-mail preferred).
  • Once the item(s) has been received by our Return Department, it will be inspected and credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days.
  • NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RGA number.
  • Items returned with no RGA # will be refused and if accepted by mistake will be stored for a period of 21 business days and will be disposed of thereafter.
  • Electricsuppliesonline will assume no responsibility after the 21 business days for unclaimed items returned without RGA #
  • You can fax or e-mail us the RGA form. We will respond your request within 1-2 business days.
  • All material returned to us with no RGA (Return Good Authorization) number will be refused and be sent back to the sender at the sender's expense.
  • Return the product in its original packaging and condition to the address we provide to you.
  • Claims for broken, damaged, shipped wrong and shortages will only be accepted for a period of 3 business days after receiving the merchandise.
  • Electricsuppliesonline.com does NOT accept exchanges. You need to return an item and purchase a new one.
  • Please note that the picture/image shown for an item may not be accurate. Use the part number or the description to make your decision.
  • All claims for DEFECTIVE materials have to be made within 21 days of purchase.

What is defective?

Defective items are items purchased from Electricsuppliesonline.com that do not perform to the  original manufacturer specifications.  

  • All claims for DEFECTIVE materials have to be made within 21 days of purchase.
  • NO returns of defective products will be accepted without an RGA (Return Good Authorization) number.

  • The defective items have to be in their original box / packaging.

Most purchases are shipped from our Distribution Centers through out United States, to arrive within five business days after we process the order.

Why do we need to buy insurance?

Because, some specific materials are large, long, oblong, irregular in size, bulky and or heavy, these items have a shipping and handling surcharge. This charges are listed in parentheses ($) after the item price and is in addition to regular delivery and processing charges which are listed in the shipping info page.

At Electricsuppliesonline.com we sometimes include insurance on shipping and handling charges in order to secure safe delivery of the units ordered. Can I pick up my order?/ Will Call Services

Yes, for customers who live in The Southern California area, an arrangement could be made with our sister company located in Los Angeles CA, so that customer can pick up their orders at that store. There will be a 5% pick up fee added to the total order before taxes for any size order. Once the order has been finalized and all payment has been received, a pick up number will be issued and only with this pick up number and a valid picture ID customer can pick up the merchandise in our sister company.
