Can I cancel my
order after it has been submitted?
Order Cancellation
Policy
All orders are
automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment
as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur
irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need
to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain
point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If an order is
cancelled BEFORE it has been shipped, the customer will be charged a
25% cancellation fee before a credit can be
issued.

If items are
on back order, the customer will be sent a notification via email. Once this
email is received, customers have an option to cancel their order within 1-2
business days, avoiding any cancellation fee. After this time period the
25% cancellation fee will be assessed before a
credit is issued.

Customers can

order within our grace period of 1-2 business days.

If a customer
cancels an order after it has been shipped, please follow our

After our technicians determines that the return products do
not qualify to be replaced, customer has 90 days
to send shipping label to us to get the return products back. After
90 days, the return products will be
discarded.
NOTE: Non-defective Uninstalled
merchandise may only be returned within 30 days after the purchase date. The
buyer must pay a 25% re-stocking fee and
all return shipping expenses.

Yes, for customers who live in
The Southern California area, an arrangement could be made with our sister
company located in Los Angeles CA, so that customer can pick up their orders at
that store. There will be a 5% pick up fee added to
the total order before taxes for any size order. Once the order has been
finalized and all payment has been received, a pick up number will be issued and
only with this pick up number and a
valid picture ID customer can pick up the merchandise in our sister
company.
