

What is defective?
Defective items are items purchased from Electricsuppliesonline.com that do not perform to the original
manufacturer specifications.
To obtain an RGA number,
please fill out a downloadable form below and email us the form as an
attachment.
You have 21
business days from the date the RGA
number is issued to return the materials to Electricsuppliesonline.com.
Once the item(s) has been shipped back,
Electricsuppliesonline.com Return Department should be notifed with the
tracking number
(E-mail preferred).
The return box to us
has to be clearly marked with the RGA
(Return Good Authorization) number.
All
material returned to us with no RGA (Return
Good Authorization) number
will be refused and be sent back to the sender at the sender's expense.
The
defective items have to be in their original box / packaging.
DEFECTIVE
products will be replaced / exchanged with identical /
same-item
products.
DEFECTIVE
products will NOT be replaced for any
Misorder, Misinstalled, and
Abused items.
There will be $25.00 fee to inspect
all return products, if our technicians determine that the return products were

Misorder
(customer orders the wrong part and call the item Defective, misinformed*)

Misinstalled (customer Misinstalled, Hot wired,
Improper Installation, Misused)

Abused (customer overloads, does not follow
factory installation procedures)
After our technicians determines that the return products do
not qualify to be replaced, customer has 90 days
to send shipping label to us to get the return products back. After
90 days, the return products will be
discarded.
NOTE: Non-defective Uninstalled
merchandise may only be returned within 30 days after the purchase date. The
buyer must pay a 25% re-stocking fee and
all return shipping expenses.
