General Information:
The T4800 electronic thermostats use precise electronic
temperature control using a solid state electronic thermistor sensing
element. The thermostat cover is offered with a traditional design to ensure
easy temperature setting. These models include a patented CoolSwitch ™ with
extended life, and can replace most wall-mount line voltage thermostats. The
T4800 model thermostats are recommended for baseboard and in-wall fan
heaters, and are available in single (2 wire) pole.
Architectural Information:
The Electronic thermostat shall be UL and CSA Listed and rated 240 Volt at
16 amps. Unit shall include thermistor and microprocessor. The thermostat
shall have LED indication of status of heater. Vented housing shall be white
and made of flame retardant high impact plastic with two mounting screws
provided. No batteries shall be required for operation.
