General Information:
Save up to 28% on your heating bill with T4700 programmable
electronic thermostats. These models provide constant comfort with digital
temperature sensing and control , and can suit all needs with a
choice of easy push button 7-day or 5-1-1 programming. The T4700
thermostats include a patented CoolSwitch TM with extended life, and
can replace most wall-mount line voltage thermostats. The T4700 model
thermostats are recommended for baseboard and in-wall fan heaters, and
are available in single (2 wire) or double (4 wire) pole.
Architectural Information:
The Electronic thermostat shall be UL and CSA Listed. The
line voltage temperature control shall be digital with LCD display.
Switching means shall be by "zero crossover" to eliminate RF line noise. The
control shall be capable of switching loads of 16 amps at 240 VAC. LCD
display shall show time of day, actual room temperature, mode and current
status of the heater. Programming choices shall be 7-day or 5-1-1 with 4
daily programs. Unit shall have programmed a default temperature of 61
degrees F (16 degrees C). Device shall have ability to retain programming
indefinitely. No batteries shall be required for operation.
